"Help On The Way” is a non-profit organization that connects young volunteers to elders who need help. Nowadays, Whats-app groups are used to get the elders' requests to volunteers. The organization is committed to connect between volunteers and elders in a quick, efficient and accessible manner. The volunteers are young busy Tel- Avivians, who usually avoid commitment.

The design is intended to make the platform accessible to users. There are three leading values to the design - Location, Availability and Short-term commitment. 

The home page shows real time requests on a map according to their close proximity to the user.

The animation demonstrates the elder's signaling for help.

In the drawer, the request information is summarized- which includes an estimated time for handling and type of request labeled by a logo (shopping / escort / repair, etc.)
